i bought a set of eibach sportlines from someone they show up today and i notice they were cut... well the front ones were! and when doing so then cut into the coil right below the one getting cut... stupid goddamn mother fucker!!!!!!!

well i requested that i send em back for a full refund... if he opts to not go along with it how likely is it i can get him for fraud and would it be worth it?

How much did you pay for the cut springs?
i think you could report him and hopefully get your money back. Just tell him you will take legal action. But it all depends on what you payed for them. If your not to concered about it then it's not worth it.
But if it were me i would charge him because i am broke and dont have much money. but thats just me.
